Mariko herself left the village with harp made for her by the fey of the value and her rapiers on her hip that were passed down from her mother that she wore on her own pilgrimage.

Adventures[]

First world shenanigans[]

Shortly after arriving in Babel, she got recruited to help a merchant. He tried to save money by having a number of constructs created to work in his clothing production and firing all his workers. The constructs went wild and since they came with Guns, they were dangerous. Mariko and a group of investigators investigated, captured the gremlin though all the constructs were destroyed in the process.

This did not end the merchant's troubles and gremlins continued to plague him in his home. Mariko continued the investigation leading to a farm he had recently acquired. A faerie circle with gate to the first world was found nearby and Mariko's companions negociated with the Winter Court Lord there to release the gremlins from the bargain to cause evil to the merchant and a price of finding strong adventurers to help in First World battles against the Horseman War.

Mariko then returned to the Merchant discovering it was his personal assistant that made the deal with the gremlins in fear that he might get replaced by a construct and to make sure Merchant always needed living employees.
